RN Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality assurance reviews of peer reports and ensure compliance with client specifications

Verify the accuracy of clinical citations and ensure reports meet professional standards

Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide management with insights on consultant quality

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of clinical or related experience preferred

LPN / LVN / RN may be required based on business needs

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and HIPAA regulations

Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to type a minimum of 40 W.P.M

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
