Senior Financial Analyst II, Corporate FP&A

Hybrid, San Antonio

Compensation : $125,000-$140,000 + Bonus

Our client is rapid growth healthcare company expanding throughout the US and is looking to add to their team. If you are a strategic finance professional ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this might be the role for you! We're looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join this Corporate FP&A team and help drive data-informed decision-making across a dynamic, multi-entity organization.

Senior Financial Analyst II, Corporate FP&A

  • Lead detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Own and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational efficiency
  • Develop and present financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Build financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
  • Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual and projected results
  • Deliver ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as needed

    • What We're Looking For in the Senior Financial Analyst II, Corporate FP&A :

  • Background in Big 4 or large regional public accounting, plus hands-on industry experience
  • B achelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 5-7+ years relevant financial analysis experience working across multiple entities, M&A, financial modeling, etc.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, metrics, ratios, and KPI frameworks
  • Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, BI, or similar Analytic tools a plus!
