Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic

2 Hyundai Techs and 1 KIA Tech Needed

$24 - $45 / Hour Flat Rate Based on Experience & Certification Level

Up to $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for Master Techs 2,500 Repair Orders Per Month

Training Pay

Monthly Productivity Bonuses

What We Offer :

  • $24 - $45 based on experience and certifications
  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for Master Technicians

    • Your Role :

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance
  • Request parts and follow Fix It Right the First Time protocols
  • Conduct pre- and post-repair vehicle testing
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
  • Additional duties based on skill and certification level

    • What You Bring :

  • Prior service technician experience required
  • Dealership experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
