What You'll Do

  • Prepare hot food items according to recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
  • Maintain consistent quality, flavor, and plate presentation that exceeds expectations.
  • Complete prep work, stock stations, and keep a safe, clean, and organized kitchen.
  • Handle food safely including labeling, storing, and rotation of products.
  • Assist the Chef with ordering and collaborate with the Food & Beverage team.
  • Bring creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork to every shift.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one (1) year of culinary experience (hospitality preferred).
  • Hot line experience required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
