A company is looking for an EN / VR Payment Specialist - Quality Assurance (QA).
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed reviews and quality assurance checks on EN / VR payment and eligibility transactions
Reconcile EN / VR transactions and resolve discrepancies between system records and case file documentation
Monitor payment and eligibility workflows to identify potential issues and assist with overpayment resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BS) from an accredited institution
Five to seven years of relevant professional experience in program administration or quality assurance
In-depth knowledge of EN / VR payment and eligibility processes; experience with iTOPSS is preferred
Demonstrated ability to perform detailed reconciliations and quality assurance checks
Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to SSA policies and quality assurance standards
