Your new role

As a Senior Project Manager within the Healthcare & Life Sciences division, you will be responsible for managing the schedule, budget, quality, safety and relationships for ongoing projects.

• Attend planning and status meetings to ensure project alignment.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, financial reports, change orders, pay applications, and cash flow.
• Oversee project documentation, correspondence, and contract compliance.
• Supervise project managers, APMs, and project engineers; coordinate with field staff and subcontractors.
• Build industry relationships to support future business opportunities.
• Maintain job cost reports, ledgers, and budgets.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, RFPs, procurement, and change processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.
• Lead project meetings and distribute agendas and minutes.
• Maintain client communication and attend owner meetings.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to support ongoing work.
• Ensure accurate contract setup, reporting, and billing.
• Oversee project closeout with organized digital documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory developments.
• Lead owner-architect-contractor meetings to assess project progress.
