About the Role

The Senior Digital Marketing Business Analyst / Solution Owner plays a pivotal role in driving strategic digital initiatives across marketing platforms. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration of marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, CDP) to enable omnichannel customer engagement and data-driven decision-making. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage roadmaps, and deliver scalable capabilities that support business growth and compliance.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, business analysis, or solution ownership roles.
  • Proven success in Salesforce implementations and marketing automation strategy.
  • Ideally has achieved at least one Salesforce certification.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, lead lifecycle management, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing or regulated industries.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
