Responsibilities\nAssesses, plans, implements, and evaluates ongoing educational and professional development activities and programs for clinical and non-clinical areas.\nCollaborates with staff and representatives of other organizations to develop, present and or evaluate clinically focused training, continuing education and or professional development opportunities.\nParticipates in activities that promote safety, quality and regulatory compliance.\nCollaborates with leadership to assess the educational needs of the staff and develops appropriate education plan.\nParticipates in professional development and life long learning.\nMinimum Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree\n- Nursing / Healthcare related Bachelor's Degree\n- Nursing / Healthcare related
