Regional Operations Manager

Description

The Waldinger Corporation, a full-service mechanical, sheet metal, electrical and service contractor, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to join our high-performing and innovative team. This role will manage and direct marketing, operations, and administrative activities of the branch for the successful growth of a profitable operation.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitates growth by identifying emerging markets and creating strategies to successfully attain new business.
• Builds long-term business value by attracting and retaining high-quality customers.
• Manages key performance indicators to ensure acceptable profit.
• Prepares budgets, controls expenditures within the branch, manages working capital as a percentage of revenue, and actively monitors branch collection efforts as well as investments in the fleet and other capital assets and facilities.
• Selects and retains high-quality employees by following a disciplined hiring process and supporting a culture that rewards individual effort, dedication, and the contribution of each worker.
• Builds positive relationships and cultivates teamwork; actively works toward the development of employees for future success.
• Promotes a culture of employee safety through continuous coaching, motivating, setting clear expectations in line with policy, and maintaining a proper Recordable Incident Rate.
