We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance Employee to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of our facility, ensuring a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine inspections of buildings, plumbing and equipment, conduct repairs as required.

Address issues related to safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the facility.

Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and keep detailed records.

Ability to trouble shoot and repair equipment and vehicles is a plus.

Assist in the maintenance of exterior and interior exhibits including landscaping.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, including water leaks, electrical outages and other urgent repairs.

Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in building maintenance, electrical and plumbing are a plus.

Ability to work independently or in a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift : 5 days on 2 days off, 9 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM

Compensation : $16.50 / Hour (based on experience)
