Position Overview :

• Job Title : Maintenance Technician
• Salary :  $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• On-Call Rotation Schedule :   Participation in after-hours on-call rotation schedule is required; overtime pay is provided for on-call hours worked
• Schedule :  Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated  Maintenance Technician  to join our team at  Antelope Valley Apartments , a 120-unit affordable apartment community located in  Lancaster, CA.  As a part of a community-focused team, you will play a vital role in serving residents with care, responding to service requests promptly and professionally, and take pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. This position involves performing technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical appearance of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
