Your Role :

As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will :

  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, daily living activities, and fine motor coordination.
  • Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, using evidence-based techniques in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Evaluate patients’ functional status and consult with physicians to develop effective therapy plans.
  • Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and any changes in their condition.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate functional abilities through diagnostic tests.

    • License Requirements :

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
