• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care (and nursing scope of practice) while closely monitoring progress / recovery.\n
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed (vitals, blood / stool / urine, glucose, etc.)\n
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV / fluids; documenting thoroughly.\n
• Inspect and care for wounds, changing dressings and assisting with personal hygiene.\n
• Assess patient for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc. and deliver appropriate treatments.\n
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.\n\nTo qualify for a Registered Nurse (RN) with us, you will need : \n\nEducation : Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required\n\nLicensure : Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position\n\nCurrent CPR / AED / BLS / First Aid certification\n\nReliable transportation to / from care sites and / or work locations\n\nPractical trach and / or ventilator experience preferred, not required\n\nAt Interim HealthCare, we know that being our best is non-negotiable - that's why we treat your family like our own.
