Job Purpose

The Tech Lead / Architect – AI / ML will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions, with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI. This role provides technical leadership, defines architecture strategies, and guides cross-functional teams to implement scalable and innovative AI capabilities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for AI / ML solutions, including Generative and Agentic AI.
• Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI-driven applications.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design scalable AI systems.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
• Research emerging AI / ML technologies and evaluate their applicability for current and future projects.
• Maintain technical documentation, including architecture blueprints, model specifications, and deployment strategies.
