Manager Of Customer Engagement

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that define how we connect with our employees and customers across the global oil and gas market. Responsibilities include :
- Recruitment, development, and management of our corporate global events team, along with coordination of contractors and vendors
- Consulting with internal leadership to understand requirements for corporate and cross-functional customer events
- Creating unique event concepts, themes, and programs that align with corporate and customer engagement strategies
- Developing, managing, reconciling, and reporting event budgets
- Working with internal real estate / travel team to select and book venues, coordinate catering, and handle logistics
- Collaborating with internal supply chain to manage vendors
- Developing strategic messaging, marketing, and communication plans
- Ensuring a positive and seamless experience for executive and other event attendees
- Developing and implementing risk mitigation / management plans
- Conducting post-event analysis to measure goals achievement and determine opportunities for continuous improvement
- Travel as needed for corporate events, business development support, industry trade shows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent education8+ years of experience in global events and community relations, customer engagement, account management, or customer success, preferably in Oil and Gas or TechnologyProven ability to communicate with and influence executive stakeholdersStrong leadership presence with a track record of empowering teamsStrategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvementBudget-savvy with experience managing engagement program resourcesProficiency in CRM systems, customer analytics tools, and engagement platformsWillingness and ability to travel as neededCandidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles given their experience, additional job requirements, and / or business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from Manager of Customer Engagement up to the Senior Manager of Customer Engagement.
