Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the group claims handling philosophy by internal and external claims handlers
Manage and monitor claims performance outcomes across key metrics, including indemnity control and claims savings
Provide technical oversight of complex claims and manage internal claims resources to meet objectives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in handling complex claims and coverage or related insurance experience
Ability to influence and lead junior team members effectively
Proficient in MS Excel and Word, with flexibility to adapt to new business areas
Experience in managing and mentoring a team of claims professionals
Experience in testifying in disputes as a corporate and fact witness
