Encore's continued success and growth has created a need for a Fire Alarm Technician working out of our Baltimore, MD office.

What You'll Do :

As a Fire Alarm Technician, you'll be at the heart of ensuring safety and compliance for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Servicing, testing, inspecting, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems, ranging from basic to complex. (Installation skills are a plus but not required.)
• Responding to emergency calls promptly, which may occasionally include nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Coordinating with contractors, customers, building maintenance staff, and office personnel to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Identifying code and non-compliance issues and offering accurate recommendations for system improvements.
• Committing to the successful troubleshooting and repair of assigned customer systems.
• Upholding high standards of work ethic and attention to detail.
