Key Responsibilities
Own overall account health for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
Build and maintain key customer stakeholder relationships and drive executive sponsor alignments
Execute strategic account plans and drive renewals to retain and grow accounts
Required Qualifications
5-10+ years in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative post-sales roles
Proven track record of renewing and expanding seven-figure or high six-figure enterprise accounts
Experience leading business reviews with VP / C suite stakeholders
Comfort with large group facilitation and data analysis tools
Fluency in translating dashboards into actionable insights and crafting ROI narratives
