Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, in-person role involves conducting speech-language evaluations and collaborating with school-based testing teams to support students with communication needs. This role will collaborate with SLP Assistants in order to create strong treatment evaluations and plans for children in 3 different K-12 schools throughout Charlotte, NC.

This opportunity would be supporting a privately owned organization that provides to local schools and families in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students.
  • Collaborate with 2–3 school-based multidisciplinary testing teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district policies.
  • Communicate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
  • Adhere to all district expectations, confidentiality standards, and collaboration protocols.

Requirements :

  • Completed Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required
  • Active North Carolina SLP license is required
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience in school-based assessments is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a school setting.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience in a pediatric setting is preferred
