job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDesign electrical systems in compliance with local, state, and national codes Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems — including wiring, fixtures, transformers, and circuit breakers Identify and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced testing devices Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures as needed Supervise journeyman and apprentice electricians Train and develop junior electricians Ensure electrical work meets safety standards and monitor equipment safety Act as primary contact for lighting and electrical issues on assigned projects Manage inventory, maintenance, and storage of electrical equipment and lighting Coordinate with other trades on large construction projects Build relationships with general contractors, business owners, and homeowners to drive new business opportunities Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally Minimum of 8 years’ experience as an electrician Journeyman license held for at least 2 years (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience leading project teams and managing junior electricians Strong knowledge of NEC and applicable local / state codes Proficient in using hand tools , power tools , and testing equipment Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to collaborate and coordinate with other trades Health, dental, and vision insurance Eligible for HSA account 401(k) retirement plan Company stock options Company vehicle and gas card Paid time off and paid holidays

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Master Electrician to lead our growing team and oversee electrical projects in a variety of settings.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing journeymen and apprentice electricians , collaborating with contractors, business owners, and homeowners , and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to code .
You will also serve as the primary contact for all lighting and electrical issues on assigned projects and will manage inventory, maintenance, and equipment .
