We’re seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team, providing both high-acuity and low-acuity patient care across central and northern New Mexico. Whether you're looking for structured, full-shift assignments or flexible visit-based scheduling, this opportunity offers the autonomy and variety to match your lifestyle and professional goals.

We offer two types of assignments to match your skills and interests :

Low-Acuity : Ideal for nurses seeking consistent hours with flexibility to manage their own schedules.Care is provided in the comfort of the patient’s home.Visit frequency varies by patient, from monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly.

High-Acuity : Patients require extended care hours of 6 to 12 hours per dayIdeal for nurses looking for stable, full-shift work in a home settingIncludes more complex clinical care and monitoringOpportunity to build strong, long-term relationships with patients and families

Requirements : Active RN license in the state of New MexicoReliable transportationAbility to work independently
