Summary
As an Engineering Design Consultant at Fibersmith, you'll play a vital role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing fiber and wireless networks. You'll work with a collaborative team to collect and analyze data, generate detailed project reports, and ensure that our network designs consistently meet the highest standards. This position offers the chance to grow your career in a rapidly expanding field while directly contributing to broader broadband access across the country.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop new fiber and wireless construction designs.
Prepare, generate, and update reports on project status and plant records.
Generate field maps for use during staking and inspection.
Work within a team environment, collaborating with consultants and senior consultants.
Other duties as required to support project success.
