Sprinkler Technician

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our life safety team. This role is responsible for conducting inspections, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems in accordance with NFPA 25 and local codes. The ideal candidate will hold a NICET Level II certification in Water-Based Systems Inspection and have a strong commitment to fire safety and code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and annual inspections of fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
• Identify and document system deficiencies, impairments, and noncompliance issues.
• Conduct flow tests, valve checks, and alarm verifications.
• Prepare accurate and detailed inspection reports for clients and internal records.
• Communicate findings and recommended corrective actions to building owners and facility managers.
• Coordinate with service technicians to schedule and oversee deficiency repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NFPA standards, local fire codes, and industry best practices.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies and safety procedures.

The pay range for this position is $93600.00 - $99840.00 / yr.
