$120,000 – $150,000

Schedule : Full-Time | 7 : 30 – 5 : 30

Position Overview

We're seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead one of our largest teams—overseeing a 100+ person production department. This is a high-impact role responsible for performance, team leadership, safety, and lean execution. To succeed, you'll need deep production knowledge, strong people-first leadership , and a proven track record of lean implementation success .

The Ideal Candidate

You're a clear-headed, results-driven leader with experience managing large production teams. You bring lean tools to life on the floor, solve problems under pressure, and build a culture where people are motivated, accountable, and respected. You lead with confidence, empathy, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 100+ across production, supervisors, and line leads
  • Own daily output, quality, and schedule performance
  • Implement and reinforce lean manufacturing practices (5S, KAIZEN, root cause)
  • Coordinate across departments—scheduling, maintenance, quality, logistics
  • Drive culture and morale through clear, respectful leadership
  • Solve floor challenges quickly while minimizing disruptions
  • Promote a safe and compliant work environment
  • Build up team leads through ongoing coaching and development

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in production or manufacturing leadership (high-volume preferred)
  • Deep understanding of production systems and workflow optimization
  • Strong command of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
  • Proven ability to manage large teams with empathy and structure
  • Excellent communicator—clear, calm, and professional
  • Able to manage complexity and fast-moving priorities
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong plus

  • Experience leading a production team of 40+ people (100+ preferred)
  • Proven success in lean manufacturing implementation and traction
  • Strong people leadership with a hands-on management style
