Title : Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you will be the friendly face of National Finance Company. CSRs are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, building relationships with new and existing customers, and supporting our lending operations. Daily responsibilities include :
Supervision : CSR’s are under direct supervision of an Office Manager. They also report to an Area Supervisor and Vice-President of Operations.

Work hours : 9 AM – 5 PM; Monday thru Friday with one hour lunch break, may clock in at 8 : 30 for additional hours
Avg hours per week : 35 hours
Overtime : __ Never X Occasional __ Often; must be pre-approved by Manager
Max hours : 3 per week
Work environment : Shared office space with coworkers

Requirements : Job Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Experience : Prior experience working in consumer finance business preferred and / or prior experience as a cashier
Special training or licenses : Current, valid driver’s license; Basic computer skills
Physical requirements : Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
