BLISS Car Wash

  • Membership Sales Associate - $500 to $1,000 Sign-on Bonus
  • From $16.50 to $20.00 per hour, plus commission and incentives.

Bliss Car Wash is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and experienced Sales Associate to guide our guests in choosing the right Monthly Unlimited Membership / Single Wash Packages for their vehicle.

Responsibilities :

  • Great guests with a smile, and offer / sell Bliss Unlimited Memberships as well as Single Wash Packages.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, highly energetic, positive attitude, and goal-oriented.
  • A self-motivated, sales-oriented individual.
  • Provide excellent service to ensure the guest has a great experience.
  • Maintain all work areas clean and organized.
  • Enjoy working outdoors.
  • Be a team player.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

    • Qualifications / Experience :

  • Some prior sales experience is needed.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.

    • Knowledge :

  • Must always maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • Must have the capacity to take initiative when problems arise.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations.
  • Must have attention to detail.

    • Leadership Skills :

  • Build great relationships with guests and co-workers through great communication and follow-through.

    • Work Schedule :

  • Looking for FULL-TIME employees that have the ability to work varied hours / days as business dictates.

    • Language Skills :

  • Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing & able to clearly communicate operational concerns to Management.
