What AT&T Customer Associates Must Do

• Help customers find the right AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment packages
• Sell telecom solutions like a seasoned pro (even if you’re new, we got you!)
• Be the friendly face that makes someone’s day better
• Troubleshoot basic service issues (you’ll be the hero they didn’t know they needed)
• Keep track of customer accounts and updating info like a data ninja
• Collaborate with AT&T Customer Associate teammates to hit sales goals and celebrate wins
• Learn product knowledge that’ll make you sound smarter at parties
• Report performance metrics because numbers don’t lie
