    • This is a full-time, third-shift position (10 PM–6 :

  • 30 AM) with rotating weekends, offering competitive pay, bonuses, and relocation assistance.
  • Your Role as a Medical Technologist As a Medical Technologist , you’ll perform vital clinical laboratory testing to support patient care.

    • Here’s what you’ll do :

  • Conduct stat and routine lab tests in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, and other sections under written procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze and interpret patient results using independent judgment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform quality control procedures, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and maintain compliance with CAP and other regulatory standards.
  • Handle specimen collection, processing, and referral testing as needed.
  • Monitor reagent and supply inventories, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Support the department in achieving goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.

    • What We Offer Competitive Pay :

  • $27.09–$37.92 / hour, based on experience.

    • Sign-On Bonus :

  • $10K for night shifts or $5K for day shifts.

    • Shift Differentials :

  • $2 / hour on-call pay + $2.50 / hour night differential.

    • Who We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need :

  • Experience : 3+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Scientist.

    • Education :

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology preferred.

    • Certifications :

  • Active State of Florida Technologist License required.

    • Skills :

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with lab information systems.
