Job Description

Dr. Goodenowe Research is seeking a dedicated Data Scientist to join our team, focusing on developing and enhancing core value processes using MRI data. This role will be integral in working with both in-house and external MRI data sources to create innovative solutions for our core value workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and analyze raw data from our upcoming in-house MRI, as well as current data from our external scanner in Beverly Hills
Develop and maintain proprietary, confidential workflows for data analysis and integration
Collaborate closely with our existing software systems and internal tool suite
Innovate and implement new methods to enhance data processing and analysis
Ensure long-term, sustainable development of our data processing capabilities

Requirements

PhD in Data Science or related field

Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Data Science and Programming, particularly in a healthcare or medical imaging context

Proficient in FSL, MATLAB, Python, and Java

Strong understanding of MRI data and its applications

Ability to work with sensitive, proprietary, and confidential information

Commitment to long-term engagement, mirroring the dedication shown by our long-standing employees

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate within the field

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
