What You’ll Do
As a Regional HR Consultant (HR Business Partner) , you will provide both strategic and hands-on HR support to facility HR teams and leadership. Responsibilities include :
Partnering with HR Coordinators, Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and regional leaders on talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagementManaging employee relations and labor relations issues, including investigations, performance management, and corrective actionSupporting recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives for nursing and healthcare staffEnsuring HR compliance with state, federal, and healthcare regulations (OSHA, EEOC, ADA, DOL, CMS, etc.)Coaching, training, and mentoring HR & Payroll coordinators and regional recruitersLeading HR audits, workforce planning, and succession planning effortsDriving organizational effectiveness through change management and continuous improvement projectsWhat We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldIn lieu of degree : 8+ years of progressive HR experience in healthcare or long-term care may be consideredStrong background in employee relations, labor relations, HR compliance, and talent managementMulti-site HR or Regional HR experience in healthcare preferredExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel regularly across assigned facilities in IowaPreferred qualifications :
Master’s degree in HR or related fieldPHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP / SCP certification10+ years of HR experience, ideally in healthcare HR or long-term careAbout Us
