A company is looking for a VP, Sales & Success to lead revenue growth and member retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end revenue performance, including new member acquisition and retention strategies
Build and mentor a high-performing team of revenue professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Drive world-class retention strategies and optimize sales processes through data-driven insights and AI tools
Required Qualifications
8-12+ years of revenue experience with 4-5 years in leadership roles
Experience implementing AI tools in sales and customer success functions
Proven track record in B2C or hybrid B2C / B2B sales within membership or subscription businesses
Deep understanding of member lifecycle management and retention strategies
Experience in driving Gross Retained Revenue improvements and building customer success organizations
