Our Nurse Residency Program combines essential clinical training with specialized education tailored for oncology, including quality and safety classes, simulation labs, one-on-one skills validation, hands-on learning with experienced clinical mentors, and ongoing professional development.\n\nEssential Functions : \n

- Collect patient data and complete necessary documentation according to unit standards, identifying patient needs and prioritizing care.\n
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families, incorporating multidisciplinary input and ongoing care needs.\n
- Deliver care in accordance with established standards and protocols, ensuring respect for patient rights and ethical considerations.\n
- Document patient care accurately and timely, including observations of significant changes and care interventions.\n
- Assist in delegating appropriate nursing tasks and monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.\n
- Complete all clinical skills under the supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse, and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.\n\nMinimum Requirements : \n
- Education : Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.\n
- Experience : No prior experience required. Candidates with over 12 months of experience are ineligible.\n\nLicensure Requirements : \n
- RN licensure in South Carolina is required. A temporary / Graduate Nurse licensure may be acceptable with proper authorization.\n
