About the Role
This position focuses on auditing and refining client case profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness. Responsibilities include spell-checking, proofreading, validating personal details, and resolving discrepancies in case criteria. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards required by our legal partners and ensuring profiles are ready for attorney review. Staying updated on lawsuit-specific requirements and legal campaigns is essential to the role.
What you’ll do
- Receiving inbound live transfers and reviewing call recordings to verify client information for accuracy.
- Ensuring compliance with qualifying criteria and rewording notes for clarity to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Provide comprehensive responses to inquiries, confirm understanding, and foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to department projects when needed and meet individual objectives when assigned
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to updates made to case criteria.
- Update information throughout multiple programs and spreadsheets, with concise and surefire precision
Requirements : Your Background
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred2 years of prior experience in either quality assurance, auditing, intake, as a Paralegal, legal secretary, in a legal assistant position, or in a similar field.Able to work either at least one weekend day or evenings as part of a set schedule.Proficiency in navigating multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong command of grammar and punctuationAbility to speak with individuals in a productive and professional manner, demonstrating empathy when necessaryStrong attention to detail — Having the ability to catch errors and mistakes on case files.Competence in addressing delicate subjects, such as sexual abuse, with professionalism and sensitivity.Excellent typing skills and adeptness in note-takingMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.
