Part Time ABA Behavior Technician

The Lighthouse Childrens Home seeks a motivated and compassionate Part Time ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Behavior Technician to join our dedicated healthcare team. This role focuses on providing behavior analytic services for troubled girls aged 13-17, through scientifically validated techniques designed to bring about meaningful and positive change in behavior. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that help our residents achieve personal growth and improved social functions.
