Salesforce Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable solutions in the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) environment. This role focuses on building advanced Salesforce applications that improve advisor productivity and customer engagement in wealth management , insurance , and distribution settings. Ideal candidates will bring both technical depth and business process understanding across the financial services landscape. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex , Lightning Web Components , Flows , and OmniStudio
• Implement FSC features for client onboarding, policy servicing, and advisor workflows
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to define scalable business solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs and middleware (, Informatica IDMC)
• Participate in Agile development cycles , including unit testing and code reviews
• Maintain, document, and enhance existing Salesforce applications for security and performance
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and proactively suggest platform enhancements
