Job Title : Estimator Construction Projects

As an Estimator , you will play a critical role in preparing accurate, comprehensive estimates for construction projects. Working closely with Senior and Lead Estimators, you will help ensure that our bids reflect the true scope and cost of projects, supporting the successful delivery of quality construction services. Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed estimates and competitive bids for construction projects
- Mark up plans to identify scopes of work for bid packages using approved methods
- Conduct take-offs and data mining to gather necessary information for bids
- Perform site visits and collect relevant project data
- Manage and distribute RFIs to clarify plan discrepancies, constructability challenges, and scheduling issues
- Identify and fill scope gaps, anticipating potential project issues proactively
- Generate trade, subcontractor, and vendor lists; ensure bid coverage with at least three bids per trade
- Prepare clear, complete subcontractor scope letters to support bid package formulation
- Assist in subcontractor solicitation, negotiation, and bid leveling processes
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with subcontractors, clients, and consultants
- Maintain organized documentation throughout the bidding process
- Support subcontractor prequalification efforts

Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredMinimum of two (2) years professional estimating experience can substitute for a degreeThree (3) years of construction experience preferredWhy Join Us?
