job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining professionalism. Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities as needed during incidents or emergencies. Complete detailed reports and documentation of security-related incidents and daily activities as required by Allied Universal policies. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A valid guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
