Position Summary :

This position is required to demonstrate proficient operating and communication skills with an ability to perform various manufacturing operations, primarily press operation and related duties.

Demonstrates an understanding, and adheres to, departmental work instruction, Company policies and procedures, Company Handbook, all required documentation, and ISO standards, in support of the Company’s goals and objectives

Demonstrates excellent communication skills and asks for clarification, guidance, and assistance when needed

Demonstrates safe work practices and compliance with facility safety regulations and requirements

Maintains an excellent attendance record

Recommends productivity improvement to reduce cost and maximize profitability

Meets or exceeds the Company’s established manufacturing standard while maintaining the highest level of quality

Position Expectations :

Performs the following operations, including, but not limited to :

Operates molding machine (part retrieval)

Operates structural foam machines (part retrieval)

Conducts product handling, packaging, and containment of non-conforming product

Performs secondary operations, including, but not limited to : inserting, drilling, milling, trimming, using the hot iron, wrapping with plastic, assembling, tapping, strapping, heat staking, in-mold decorating, insert molding, fixturing, etc.

Performs all other assignments as required
