Account Executive, Spectrum Community Solutions

In this strategic role, you will implement innovative sales strategies to secure our services in multiple dwelling unit (MDU) properties, ensuring maximum product and service penetration. What our Account Executives for Community Solutions enjoy most about the role

• Simplifying and enhancing the customer experience.
• Developing strategic sales presentations to secure long-term R.O.E agreements with MDUs and SFUs.
• Exceeding quarterly revenue sales quotas across all products, including HSD, video, managed Wi-Fi, and other bulk services.
• Building consultative relationships with high-level clientele to offer the best products / services and maximize client NOI.
• Negotiating competitive MDU sales agreements while navigating the legal redline process and leveraging product knowledge to develop proposals and contracts.

Working Conditions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.

Up to 1+ year(s) of strategic planning and problem-solving skills to develop effective sales strategies.

Proven negotiation skills and contract proposal / review experience.

Detail-oriented for accurate forecasting and tracking customer interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).

3-5+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue quotas, preferably selling data, voice, and video solutions in an MDU environment.

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,360.00 and $94,920.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $76,080 .
