Interoffice Messenger
Responsible for the timely and secure delivery of packages, documents, and other items between offices or departments within the Firm or to other business concerns, traveling by foot, vehicle, or public transportation. Shift : Monday - Friday 10 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handle interoffice deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collect documents, mail, and other items from designated outboxes and ensure accurate delivery within the office.
- Deliver messages and materials, including newspapers, documents, and packages, between departments, and to other external offices or residences as required.
- Operate standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, and fax machines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :
Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks.Ability to lift and handle boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.Provide information to supervisors, colleagues, and staff through telephone, email, written correspondence, and in-person communication.Flexibility to work irregular hours, if needed beyond the standard 35-hour work week to fill essential job responsibilities.Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Prior messenger or delivery experience preferred, ideally in a professional services or law firm environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong knowledge of local routes and transportation options.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.Working Conditions :

The expected base salary for this role is $60,000. The base salary offer is based on a variety of factors, which includes, but is not limited to, qualifications, education and experience.
