OBGYN Physician Locums Job in Montana Clinic & Call Coverage

Jackson and Coker is partnered with a facility in Eastern Montana that needs holiday locums OBGYN coverage. The facility is seeking a physician to assist with 24-hour call and clinic coverage.

Dates of Coverage :

November 26 - December 1 7am-7am - call only (no clinic coverage required)

December 23 - January 3 7am7am - 24 hour call and clinic coverage as well on 12 / 23, 12 / 24, 12 / 26, 12 / 30, 12 / 31, 1 / 2 / 26

Orientation is required - held November 25 for Thanksgiving coverage and December 22 for Christmas / New Years' coverage

Clinic hours : 8A-5P

Call hours : 7A-7A

Details / Requirements for Assignment :

Board Certification required

Active Montana license required

Will need to (if not already) register with Montana Prescription Drug Authority and have MPDR indicated on Montana license

Rural Hospital (low volume)

Case logs (from last year) and DEA

EMR : EPIC

High risk transferred out if under 36 weeks

Required procedures include vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&C, hysterectomy, laparoscopic , circumcisions

25 bed facility

Approximately 200 births annually
