Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with a strong electrical background and hands-on experience in industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in PLC programming, field commissioning, and working with VFDs in an industrial setting. This role involves designing, programming, and commissioning automation systems for heavy industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement automation solutions using PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
• Perform field commissioning of control systems and equipment
• Integrate and troubleshoot VFDs and motor control systems
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Interface with SCADA systems for data acquisition and control
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during installation and testing
