About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum 24 months of current Medical-Surgical experience required

License : Active Arizona Nursing License

Certifications :

ACLS (American Heart Association)

BLS (American Heart Association)

Must-Have :

Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.

Candidates must include a copy of their driver's license in the submission.

All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.

No license violations.

Flu vaccination status must be included in the submission notes.

Description :

Candidates must have relevant experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.

A valid nursing license is required.

Certifications in ACLS and BLS must be active upon submission.

Weekend schedule will be determined by the facility.

Travel experience is preferred.

All facilities the candidate is open to working in should be listed.

All departments the candidate is willing to work in must be specified.

All shifts the candidate is open to working on should be noted.

Any requests for time off must be less than seven days and cannot be approved in the first week of the assignment or during holidays.

This position requires adherence to specific background requirements and compliance standards.
