About the Role

As an Athletic Trainer, you will assess, evaluate, and treat athletes and patients, serving as a role model and clinical resource for both staff and students. Your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch professional services.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will :

• Assess patient compliance and response to prescribed care plans, ensuring therapeutic outcomes.
• Evaluate patients' learning needs regarding their health and treatment options.
• Deliver physical care to athletes, monitoring their responses during treatment.
• Design and implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Document evaluations and treatment plans according to department policies.
• Provide athletic training services to high schools, club events, and junior colleges as assigned.
• Offer emergency care, including CPR, when necessary.
• Manage daily schedules for event coverage and clinical care.
• Stay updated on new practices and literature to enhance athlete care.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need :

Licensed Athletic Trainer (AT) within 6 months (Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation).

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $22.98 to $38.38 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team members and their families.
