Position Purpose

The Technical Manager, Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) is a key member of the Information Technology team whose primary mission is to partner with key business and IT leaders for the delivery of business system design and development used to enable and support critical business functions and processes across the enterprise.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle E-Business Suite systems development and project management in complex technology environments in the manufacturing, consumer products, or distribution industries.
  • Experience with completing at least two implementation life cycles of Oracle Cloud ERP projects.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Cash Management modules.
  • Experience with SOA middleware to integrate complex application systems, such as custom solutions, package solutions, or cloud solutions.
  • Experience with supporting production systems, analyzing issues, and resolving end-user requests.
  • Experience with developing and maintaining methodologies for optimizing solution delivery.
  • Experience with OTBI and BIP reporting tools.
  • Experience with integrating Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules with Procurement and other functional modules.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Essential Functions

  • Serve as functional analyst and systems expert for Oracle Cloud ERP processes across a cabinet manufacturer's enterprise, including enterprise application architecture, data architecture, complex integration architecture, systems development, service support, application security, project management, and IT compliance.
  • Support production systems, analyze and resolve production issues and end-user service requests, and develop and maintain methodologies for optimizing solution delivery within Oracle Cloud ERP General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Cash Management modules and OTBI and BIP reporting tools.
  • Formulate budgets for new Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects, maintain effective financial controls, assess variances, analyze risk, establish contingency plans, and identify trigger events and responsibilities to initiate mitigating action.
  • Execute standardized seven-phase Oracle Cloud ERP project life-cycle methodology.
  • Design and build integrations using SOA middleware to integrate Oracle Cloud ERP with other complex application systems, including custom solutions, package solutions, and cloud solutions.
  • Integrate Oracle Cloud Finance modules with Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Partner with key business and IT leaders to deliver business-system design and development that enables and supports critical business functions.
  • Provide high-level customer service across the organization, focusing on systems availability, performance, reliability, security, and established service-level metrics.
