AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Dining Supervisor at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH . This is a Part-Time position. Weekend Supervisor : Saturday and Sunday 9am-8pm.

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Oversee front end production
- Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers
- Comply with all policies and procedures, including but not limited to food and physical safety programs
- Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns or security concerns)
- Follow all safety requirements at accounts
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- Perform any other duties as specified by management
- Working flexible schedule. Hours may vary based on the needs of the account.
- May work independently of others.
- Works with and supervises other employees.
- Manages teams in ensuring all stations are opened and closed in a timely manner using station books.
- Escalates food quality issues to Culinary team for positive outcomes.
- Ensures teams serve hot foods to customers using proper portioning.
- Ensures all work and public areas are clean throughout the day.
- Ensures all retail locations in the servery are full of product in maximizing sales.
- Ensures team compliance with all AVI policies & procedures, including but not limited to food & physical safety programs like temp logs in all locations, proper labeling, employee meals, employee breaks, work orders to fix defective equipment etc.
- Communicating any issues of concern to management (i.e. employee or customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns or security concerns).
- Ensures teams follow all safety requirements at the account.
- Ensures that the team adheres to grooming and appearance standards.
- Performing any other duties as specified by management
Requirements :
Previous culinary / foodservice experience requiredExcellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbalSuccessful team leadership experienceMoving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basisAbility to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionallyExperience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessaryBenefits :
