We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join our Building Design team in Conyers. As a pivotal member of our engineering department, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and high-quality structural designs for a diverse array of building projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the structural design of various building projects from conception through completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure design specifications and standards are met.
• Utilize state-of-the-art software such as Revit, Bentley (RAM) products, RISA, EnerCalc, and Adapt to develop models and structural analyses.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on complex engineering issues.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory and safety standards.
• Participate in project meetings and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to continually enhance workflow and design quality.
