In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in managing procurement tasks and ensuring timely delivery of materials for various design projects. Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials.
• Maintain and update supplier records, material logs, and inventory databases.
• Collaborate with vendors to track delivery schedules and resolve any issues related to orders.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure materials arrive on time for project deadlines.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend reordering strategies to avoid shortages.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Support multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Utilize purchasing systems and tools to streamline procurement processes.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers.
• Previous experience in purchasing or procurement administration.
• Proficiency in preparing, processing, and tracking purchase orders.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Office software and purchasing systems; experience in design or project-based environments is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or interior design environments is a plus.
