IT Support Technician

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team onsite in Austin. This role will focus on providing technical support, managing tickets, and ensuring smooth operations for both end-users and executive-level staff.

Responsibilities :

• Provide onsite technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Manage and resolve incidents through the service desk ticketing system.
• Perform imaging and deployment using BigFix.
• Support Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applications.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to all users, including C-Level, AVP, and VP executives.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware devices and peripherals.
