An Anesthesiology Physician will join a well-established team in a vibrant 280-bed community hospital, providing support for a wide range of surgical specialties while ensuring quality patient care. The position offers a Monday-Friday work schedule with opportunities for additional call shifts, along with an attractive financial package that includes salary incentives and extensive HR benefits. The community provides a family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of recreational amenities, making it an ideal place to live and work.

Highlights :

Join an established team of 3 physicians and 17 CNMs in a 280-bed community hospital with annual surgical volumes of 8,700+ cases.
Wide variety of cases with 100% medical direction, doing own cases is negotiable, in a 1 : 4 care team model.
Surgical specialties include ORS, ENT, GYN, C-Sections, Cardiology (no open hearts), Podiatry, Urology, Endoscopy, Cataracts, Pediatric Dental, General Surgery, Neurosurgery (mostly backs).
Monday-Friday work schedule (times vary) with protected time off pre / post call during the week (the day before call out first, post call day off). 10-weekend call shifts annually (extra pay for call). Epic EMR for a seamless workflow.
Financial package includes annual base salary plus production and quality incentives. Full HR benefits, paid malpractice including tail, 40+ days PTO, annual CME allowance and more.

Community :

Access major metro areas including Raleigh 1 hour, Durham / Chapel Hill 2 hours and Charlotte 3 hours.
